Langostino

This creature looks like a mix between a lobster and prawn. this combination of size helps it in well balanced spicy Caribbean dishes. Huge with Garlic and other fresh herbs, it is hard to cook Langostino and prawns incorrectly. They are a little sweeter which is why they are used in replacement for the spicy dishes.

Due to the popularity around the world the population has fallen down significantly, which in turn makes them more expensive than shrimp nowadays.
