Seafood

A Delicacy to some, but a staple in ways of life. To some the ocean is much more than beaches and waves. The water was a way to travel and discover new worlds without knowing there is an end to it.

Along the journeys Seafood became a huge role in modern day cuisines due to the abundance and accessibility. It is one of the healthiest forms of “meat” if not the healthiest.

There are two main kinds considered to be known from continent to continent Fish and Shellfish.
