Maple

Maple may be the Canadian logo, but this ingredient was founded by Native Americans long ago in the North east region of North American and was cultivated for many medicinal uses as well with culinary.

Now depending on what kind of Maple flavoring you use depends on the sweetness, the more natural the less thick it is. Maple can be paired with a light red meat such as lamb as well with beans of Vanilla and baked fruits.
