Applewood

Applewood sea salt is a softer type of smoked salt, but has a much sweeter taste than that of its counterpart Alderwood. Used as a brine, salt cure, completing spice, or in sauces, soups, seafood, salads, meats, or spice blends. Wonderful when added to vinaigrette’s, grilling spice rubs, or BBQ sauce
