Corriedale

Corriedale sheep are a dual cause breed, meaning they are used both in the manufacturing of wool and meat. The Corriedale is the oldest of all of the crossbred breeds, a Merino-Lincoln move developed nearly simultaneously in Australia and New Zealand and first brought to the US in 1914.

The meant combines well with citrus herbs and fruits. Try to avoid dark spices as the spice takes away from the meat tenderness.
