Parsley

Parsley can really go on anything. The short and sweet moral of the story is that it has a mild flavor but combined can be the best friend to any meat and or herb. Native to the Mediterranean it was brought across all of Europe and Asia cultures to aid in their dishes.

With a small contribution to the dish, do not overuse it as a choice. Let it be the accompanying factor to all the culinary wishes you want to bring to the table.
