Chive

Siblings to the Scallions. Chives are one of the most delicate flavors of an onion without the sharp bitterness. Everybody heard of Chives and baked potato, but why? The creamy starchiness of the potato brings out the floral earthy aspect of the chive.

Chives are perfect for marinates but are most commonly used in Fish and pdishes as a topping to finish of without prepping.
