Moluccas Cloves

This is an unopened flower that is from the Moluccas plant in high volcanic and soil enriches area. The opened flower itself has a complete different taste than the closed dried one we use in today’s baking cuisine dishes.

Basic PreparationRemove seeds and ground for garnish like pepper, Whole Cloves are used for baking and dry rubs to bring citrus of the meats out.
