This Curry spice was thankfully brought on by another culinary concord of the French! It is very Salty and can be used in alot of butter dishes due to the aromatics of spicy it brings.
Curry, White and toasted onion and Garlic powders, Brown mustard seeds, Shallots, Sugar, and Sea salt.
