Tandoori Spice

Although Tandoor means “oven” this curry is not much of a spicy one. This is a soothing curry used mainly with yogurts and other oil marinades. consisting of; Coriander, Cumin, Garlic, Paprika, Ginger, Cardamom, and Saffron.
