Garam Masala

This is a ” hot spice blend”. Used all over India. It is a mix of blended spices including; Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cumin, Coriander, Green and Black Cardamom, Bay leaves, Peppercorns, Fennel, Mace and dried Chilies.

It can be made a variety of ways especially depending on where in India you go. Regardless it will have a special kick to it.
